Terry Dettmann is an expert on Customer Facing Systems. He has written articles and papers on the subject as well as authored many reports for clients on the status of their own systems. He was the original architect of the Voicelink System, the Shuttle System, and the SofCast System. He has implemented a number of systems around the world to support the customer interface and is keenly aware of the problems that arise when misunderstandings occur.
